Delivery Options and Services:
- Free Delivery with minimum order. Pick up by appointment only.
- Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery.
- All orders will be confirmed for delivery with delivery date, place and time.
- Tips for a Successful Fundraiser, Record keeping charts, money envelopes, and bags are
available to help organize your fundraiser. - Outer Island Delivery Service or Pick Up is available. Please contact us for more information.
How to place an order and minimum requirements:
- Orders can be placed either by email at fundraise@fundraisinginnovationshawaii.com or by
phone at (808) - 488-2917.
- Orders placed will be confirmed via email or phone before processing and specific delivery
instructions will then be made with you. Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery. - Minimum Case Order required for Free Delivery. Products can be combined to meet minimum
order.
Payment Options:
- School Groups and Organizations that have established an account with us will have 30 days to
pay their bill. - All other groups are required to pay for their cost at the time of delivery or pickup either by check
or cash. - Other payment options may be available upon request.
- Sorry, credit card payments are not accepted at this time.
- A finance charge of 1% will be assessed on all accounts that are past due.
Return Policy:
- Generally Speaking, All Sales are Final and No Returns will be accepted.
- However, we will work with each group on a case by case basis to assure a successful
fundraiser. - All returns, if any must be in resalable condition.
- Any cases that have been opened and/or damaged is the responsibility of the customer.
Large Group Fundraisers:
- We are available to do large group presentations of our products upon request.
- Additional incentives can be provided for all orders over 50 cases.
